World Sight Day 2018 - World Sight Day 2018
Dr. Crystal Cheung

1 Trip. 1 Country. Countless Lives Impacted

"I was touched by the hope and joy of a parent, when a child sees and experiences the visual world for the first time."

Support VF (Volunteer Faculty): Dr. Crystal Cheung

Dr. Cheung is an Ophthalmology Resident at the University of Toronto. She was born in Hong Kong and moved to Canada at the age of 9. She studied her Bachelor's degree at McMaster University, then went on to study medicine at University of Ottawa.

Crystal’s first introduction to Orbis came at a very young age via her Mother, who knew of the work of Orbis. Crystal never forgot how inspired her Mother was; and it stayed alive within her, shaping her future.

Today she is proud to be associated with Orbis and looks forward to many adventures as a VF for Orbis.

We've accomplished great things together – but there's still more to do.

You can help by making a donation to support our work – and you can spread the word and build awareness on social media!

Remember – It only takes $50 to save the sight of an adult and $100 to restore the sight of a child!
